Sayre Sleep Mattress Warranty

At Sayre Sleep, we stand behind the quality of every mattress we make. Your comfort, support, and peace of mind matter to us, which is why every mattress is backed by our limited warranty.

What’s Covered

Your Sayre Sleep mattress is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If your mattress is found defective, we will repair or replace it (at our option) under the terms below:

  • 10-Year Coverage (Standard Models): For the first 10 years, we’ll repair or replace your mattress if it develops a defect.

  • 20-Year Limited Coverage (Premium Models): Premium models are covered for 20 years. For the first 10 years, we’ll repair or replace at no cost. From year 11–20, replacement is available at a prorated cost (starting at 50% of the original price in year 11, increasing by 5% each year after).

What Qualifies as a Defect?

✔ Visible sagging or body impressions greater than 1 inch (first 5 years) or 1.25 inches (years 6–20), not caused by improper support.
✔ Faults in materials or construction that impact performance.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal softening of the foam over time (this does not affect performance).

  • Comfort preferences or “change of mind.”

  • Damage from misuse: burns, stains, cuts, tears, liquids, or unsanitary conditions.

  • Mattresses used on improper bases or frames (your mattress must be placed on a firm, supportive, non-spring foundation, platform bed, or approved adjustable base).

  • Mattresses not opened and expanded within 30 days of delivery.

  • Commercial use (hotels, motels, dorms, care facilities, etc.) — commercial warranties are separate.

Important Details

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Sayre Sleep.

  • If you sell or give away your mattress, the warranty does not transfer.

  • After year 5, customers are responsible for transportation/handling costs on warranty claims, in addition to any prorated charges.

How to File a Claim

If you believe your mattress has a defect covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at  bk@sayrefurniture.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through next steps for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Your Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.
