Non-Working Days: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: After preparation, your order will be delivered in 3-4 working days.

Total Time: In most cases, you can expect your mattress to arrive within 4-5 working days from the time of purchase (including the 1 day of preparation).

Product Arrival & Care

When your mattress arrives, please inspect the packaging before opening.

After unboxing, allow the mattress to fully expand—it may take up to 24-48 hours to reach its full size.

We recommend waiting before fully stripping the packaging to allow the material to settle.
Damages & Issues

If you notice any damage to the product or packaging, please photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
