Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged product.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Unboxing Video Requirement
If there are any missing items in your package, an unboxing video is mandatory to verify the claim and send a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or until the order status is marked as ‘Processing’ (before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.
